We booked a citizen blood pressure monitor CH605 worth 1030 rs through indiatimes online shopping by state bank debit card date 4/08/09.our issued order no. is 111775350.but after sometimes indiatimes send a msg for cancellation order and refund money through a gift certificate.but till now we did not get gift cheque.pls solve my problem immediately.my mobile no. is 09897602519, .09528827100. i have send complain before 10 days but till now we did not get any response from ur site.pls give me a response.
