For credit card amount

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please give us the reply regarding my Credit Card bills, I can't pay Bills because I d'nt recieve my Previous month credit card Bill then I request u please check my Late Fees & Intrest charge and remove this, then i pay u bill amount.

I am suffering these problems from Previous Months If you can't solve this Problem, then you should have to think about to do with Credit Cards.
