Eject of cheque

I was deposit cheque No. 612898 dated 02.09.2009 for Rs.7, 775/- drawn on ABN Amro Bank, Barakhamba Road, Himalaya House, New Delhi-1, but it was reject with the region that no fund available.

I had invested of Rs. 130, 000/- in City realcome Ltd., in July with the promise that investor would get a monthly return of Rs. 7, 775/- per month.
