Classic 361
R world is not activated in my set

I have purchased reliance classic361 handset from reliance web world, kapoorthala, lucknow.

this set contains r world but this facility is not activated yet in my handset. every time they charged for the facility but have not activated the facility. i have also changed this set but this facility is not activated in another set.

kindly consider my problem.
