Classic 761 battery

Dear Sir

I am using classic 761 model. There are time to time new problem are occuring, earlier six month ago there was key pad problem and i have replaced the set originally purchased from reliance web world situated at Park Street (Head Office). And now there are battery problem ten days before it was giving the backup of only four to five hours with three hour charging and slowly it became inflate/ballooned.

Please give me the details of Service centre where the battery will be available at the nearest location of Esplanade/Park Street and nearby.
