i have not recieved my call letter my exam is going on 13 july

i have applied for Himachal Pradesh I recieved ur mail regarding exam, u have discribed that if u not get ur call letter then see more information in sbi site but when we are trying to open it, it opened in wrong format which is not read by anyone please look into the matter and do needful...
