I have taken a membership from Club Mahindra on 5th Dec. At the time of discussion, the sales executive (Mr Aryan Kapoor) did convince me to take the membership. He also said that I can cancel the membership within 10 days of taking the policy.
Due to my sudden financial contigencies, I decided to opt out of the travel plan. I sent a request to to cancel my membership on 8th Dec.
I have paid Rs. 23782.00 and entitled to get the complete refund as per the policy of the comapny. After submitting the request, I called up (39880000) & frequent mails sent to customer service department ([email protected]) follow up regarding my cancellation.
Since then it been a continous tension for me. I have been calling there customer service department and the Vashi branch office (where my membership cancellation process is going on) but all in vain. They kept telling me that i will get the refund money from the branch but no one tells me when.
I again received an email in month of March that I would receive an update on my refund cheque status on 31.03.2009 but today the 10th day of April and i have not received any update from them.
Can it be looked upon so that I can get my refund money as soon as possible?
