Last year in Oct. 2008 an excutive call me & says me sir you are a winner of a lucky gift voucher. When i meet in 3 nov. 2008 he persue me to join resort membership, after some discustion i was paid 30000.00 cash & approx.3300.00 INR by debit card . the excutive says me all documnt & your membership no. we send within 7 days in your address. But 2 -3 we not recived any document.
So i called the resort custmer care no. & they give me my complint no. 1338271 & says me your all problem solved within 2 days. After a week I was called again same answer again.
