TODAY I WENT FOR SERVICING MY APACHE RTR 160 AT CMPL TVS SERVICE WORKSHOP AT INDUSTRIAL AREA CHANDIGARH.
JOB CARD WAS FILLED BY THEIR EXECUTIVE AND I TOLD ALL THE COMPLAINT I HAD WITH BIKE. JOB CARD WAS FILLED ON APPROX 9.30am AND SERVICED VEHICLE DELIVERY TIME WAS 4.00PM. WHEN WENT THERE AT 4.20PM NOTHING WAS DONE TO THE BIKE WHEN I MET SERVICE SUPERVISOR SHE TOLD THAT SHE FORGET ABOUT IT. AT 4.45 ON MY REQEST MECHANIC STARTED SERVICING AT 6.45PM THEY TOLD EVERYTHING HAS DONE AND CORRECTED BUT WHEN I CHECKED MY VEHICLE ALL FAULT WERE AS IT IS NOTHING WAS REPAIRED. WHEN I TALK THE MECHANIC AND SUPERVISOR THEY START ABUSING ME. AS MY COMPLAINT WAS REGISTERED IN THE JOB CARD WHERE AS- HANDLE NOISE, SELF STARTER NOT WORKING, PETROL GAUGE NOT WORKING AND CLUTCH JAMMING WHILE RUNNING, NONE OF THESE TASKS WERE DONE ONLY CLUTCH CABLE, ENGINE OIL, OIL FILTER WERE REPLACED AS THE MECHANIC TOLD ME. THEY CHARGED Rs.548 FOR SERVICE AND SPARE. WHEN I REQUEST FOR BILL THEY GIVE ME ONLY A TEMPORARY ROUGH SLIP I ASKED THEM FOR PERMANENT BILL BUT THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME.
AS MY VEHICLE IS IN WARRANTY PERIOD THEY TOLD ME TO GO TO BATHINDA FOR WARRANTY CLAIM FROM WHERE I PURCHASED IT. BUT THE COMPANY POLICY IS TO GET WARANTY AND SERVICE FROM ANY AUTHORISED TVS SERVICE CENTRE.
I TRIED TO SHOOT THE VIDEO OF THEIR MISS CONDUCT BUT THEY THREATENED ME AND THEIR SUPREVISOR TOLD IF I DO SO THEY BEAT ME BUT I HAD SHOOT A SMALL LENGTH VIDEO WHICH I HAVE WITH ME..
I TOLD THEM THAT I WILL GO TO CONSUMER COURT BUT THEY SAID YOU CAN DO ANY THING WE DON'T CARE.
