Refill delay-Lying by Trilok staff

My consumer no is 37993 in Trilok gas agency, Adyar, Chennai. My refill request was registered on 18-4-08. When I have made atleast 6 telephonic/ personal enquiry and the staff present told me that it will be supplied within 2 days. But till 3-5-08 it is not supplied.

The staff were directed / told to lie to the customers and thus misguiding the customers. The reason for the delay is not told because of the mal practice going on?

This can go without the knowledge of IOC? Concerned officers are keeping quite.

Staff are lying why?

is it not alarming for a company like IOC...
