Ediff bol is not working

Espected sir/madam,

I am unable to connect with rediff bol. it is giving the following massage. please solve the problem as soon as possible.

"Rediff Bol was not able to establish a connection to the server."

"It needs your input to setup connection option and may need support from your system Administrator."

Rediff bol shows above two lines of messages. I have checked connection settings. And default is recommended option is selected with 80 port and IE settings checked mark is selected. And my firewall (Quick Heal) option set allow.
