ATM - SYndicate Bank Problem

I had used syndicate bank ATM (oppanakkara St, Coimbatore) to take money of My corporation bank Debit card (VISA). There the machine shows the following error" the service temporarily not available" but the amount was debited from my bank Account.

I had complained both the bank, concern branches and sent mails from my email id. i dont know how to react in this situation. so kindly suggest me what should i do in such situation.
