Laptop given for repair and not returned till date

I have given my laptop of compac product serial no. CND8320VJ8 product no. FR754PA on the 7th august 09 and till date i have not got it back... a few days back i ot a call from there service centre to take it back... as it has been repaired... but when i checked it... in front of them it was not working... due to which i m suffering a lot...
