03 nos. Compac Prssario was purchased under Compac Presarion Now Or Never Offer on 28th Feb' 09 from Image Computech Pvt. Ltd. Jamshedpur, Jharkhand and we were assured that three printers will be sent to school as free gift within 45 days of purchase of computers. To avail the gift offer ATPAR cheques for Rs. 2997 was dispatched in favour of Innovative Incentives & Events Pvt. Ltd. But 104 days have passed & till date we have not received the free gift. When I checkede the status of the claim, we got a message that claim has been accepted but it is awaiting dispatch. Kindly look into this matter make arrangements for dispatch of three nos. Printers (Printers Scanner Copier).
