Not able to view the usage

The display of usage of internet appears occasionally so that we are unable to ascertain whether we are within the permitted free limit of 1.5 G.B.we feel it very difficulty. Therefore, we request that necessary steps may be taken immediatly to set the problem right. I have given an application for the name transfer to my son R.Venkatesan.
