Gift delivery delay

I have purchased my compaq laptop in january and have registered for a kodak digi cam gift after paying 1300/- rs after that till today i have not recived my gift. Every time i call hp redemtion cell new delhi they tell to wait for two to three weeks. I would also like to mention there is a poor response from the redemtion cell.
