Oseas impex has parchased a laptop (compaq presario V3702Au) as on 26 jun. but after six month black spot come on the screen and we made complain to hp and they change display but the display was also same problem. so we have done second complain but they changed other compaq model (my laptop is V3702Au, series 3500 and they changed V3000) it is also not running . the display is still problematic but no solution.we have asked so many times and they give time of 10 to 12 days but no solution.
