Poor After sales service of Compaq Laptops

Hi,

I have purchased Compq lap top almost 1and half month back and it's USB ports are not working.

I was told that It will be removed with in 4 working dates and today on 31th Jul it's almos 15 days and I haven't got the solution of my problem and they are saying for more 15 days.

Now tell me what to do?

Should I go against the company?

OR

Should I sujjest not to buy your company's product?
