This is reff to Laptop Part not received from last 2.5 month...???

I am the employ of Panasonic, I should be online almost. But i am able to do my job.

I had put my laptop at HP Service center at Sakinaka mumbai on26.11. case Id no=2604364025.

But after waiting 1.5 month, i have't receive ve response from your end.

Then i have transfer to Pune on 1.1.09

I have put my laptop to HP Service center Pune on 3.1.08 Case ID No=2605161519.

And still i have no confirmation from your end.

If i am getting this kind of service then it is very difficult to make more wait.

So that i Have file Case In consumer foram, against you.
