I had purchased the product before 1r 2 weeks i don't remember exactly from the day one i had complaint with my in-built microphone in my laptop. I had contacted with email and chat people email support failed to isolate my issue. chat support is little better they isolated the issue but they had given steps for 3 chats from the 4th chat they asked me how may i assist you i had typed my complaint simply they had disconnected me i had tried number of times same thing was happend what the hell the hp is supporting the INDIAN people they don't have minimum responsablity to support us or are they thinking supporting INDIAN people is waste I request every INDIAN not to purchase this HP Product WHICH IS HAVING WASTE CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
