Hi I am Tauseef Md Zohail, I strongly agree with you. but 1 thingi would like to add as i have also Purchase Compaq Presario C771TU which has DOS mode enable on it, but when i try to install the driver for the sound its make me mad i have 10 to 20 software from Compaq Website also, even the online HP Support were not able to help me as i think they don't know what they are saying and what solution they are giving to Customer, they told that driver is comatiable only with Vista as they dont have software for Window XP, i don' t know what the hell and what the f**k they were informing me, i have install the software for the modem driver but not from their software which they have given me to download but from a different site finally i have made it work, but recently i have installed Ubuntu 8.04 (Linux) and again i have chatted with them again same old scripts they have on the screen or mind as they don't have the driver Ubuntu 8.04 (Linux). Why they don't have the driver for this Operating System? Then after installing Ubuntu 8.04 (Linux) then we need to install sound card i think? but itshas been installed automatically but again i i have connected to the them and ask them for the driver for Ubuntu 8.04 (Linux) again some old story but i told him that i don't need a driver as everything is already been installed automatically and don't need the driver, but he keeps on saying that we don't have the driver for Ubuntu 8.04 (Linux). From my point of view i think they don't have the knowloedge of Computer or they just like this (just watch this movie http://callcentermovie.com/movie/movie2.html) then you will kow about this Guy.
