I would like to inform you that I am one of your customer using HP notebook, purchased on 1-7 (mm/dd/yyyy) and applied for free gift offer available at that time at HP redemption cell. For six months there for no news for this issue. Then when I made a querry, they said they haven't received any of my documents. So I did send them the scanned copy of all the related documents to Mr. Abhijit at his ID [email protected]. They denyed for receiving my documents. Then I made a courier at 30-6, again they denyed from receiving that. Then finding that FAX would be most appropriate means I made a FAX on 4-8 and my Laptop dealer even confirmed it the next day, and they gave a positive response. And now on 11-8 I asked how long would it take to gat my gift, he denyed that he haven't received any FAX. So again I have sent him the scanned copy of all my documents. Hoping I receive my Gift. I request you to take some strict action on this context as now I am loosing my patience.
Hoping for a positive response. I am even sending you my documents for proof.
