Non reciept of gift

Dear Sir/ Madam

I. I had purchased HP Compaq laptop from UPTEC Computer Consultancy Ltd 16, Rana Pratap Marg, UPTEC crossing Lucknow on 09 Dec against Bill No U08-09/2333.

II. I sent you all the documents along with multicity PNB cheque No 883495 dated 09 Dec 08 for Rs 1499/- towards the gift ie Philips Home Theatre which has not been received by me till date. Could I request your kind intervention for earliest despatch please.
