With ref to above, pl note we have purchased "compaq presario CQ45-137tx " vide invoice no. 693 dt : 31/121/08 & DELIVERED ON 1/1/09 TO OUR OFFICE BY SV COMPUTER MANOR and we have been promised by your dealer that the said product comes with free " PHILIPS HOME THEARTE" WITHIN 3-4 WORKING DAYS but till date we have not recd anything we are very upset for such a bad service, actually we are planing to buy another 3-4 products.

Pl take immdite action & do the needful.
