Not able to open the registration page since last few days

Dear sir,

i purchased one compaq desktop but since last few days when ever i try to register for redemption code in hp promotion page it shows under maintanence. so the last date for the redemption is 30th jan . so help me to solve the problem. if there is any alternate to registration.
