Non Recipt of free gift with Compaq Presario Laptop

Dear Sir,

I purchased a compaq presario laptop Model: CQ 60 104TU, sl no.2CE834MV62 FromGreat Eastern Trading company, 56/27, SN Bannerjee Road, Barrackpore, Kolkata-700122 (vide Buyer's copy memo no. 1009 dt 13 Jan 09- learnt to receive a free gift of Kodak camera from HP.

Subsequently, on advice of the Great Eastern Trading Company, I sent 02 mails to HP Redemption support and accordingly received acknowledged mail that my problem will be reviewed shortly but no action in this line was taken.
