Compaq presario v3000
Need 10-14 times On- Off for Proper Working state

I bought compaq presario v3000 on 15- January, it is suffering from no display since last three months. It need 10-14 times On- Off for Proper Working state.

I went to HP service station and reported my problem to them, They said that ur mother board is bad. But after 10 to 15 time on-off process it is working properly.

If mother board is not good, how my laptop is working.

Is there any solution to my problem.
