Hi this is regarding the problems which im facing with the COMPAQ PRESARIO V3000 MODEL
I purchased this laptop in october1, 07 . After one month this laptop started giving the problems & such as blue screen and giving pauses while playing movies and doing work.
Regarding this problem i visited the service center of hp at chandigarh (punjab) but the service engineers of your service center could not eradicatee the above mentioned problems problem
this laptop was also got checked in your service center at OKHLA (DELHI) but in vain, i even posted complaints to the h.p web site and called them many times but they did not respond to my complaints.
the service engineer at chandigarh named (BRIJESH HARBOLA) was not at all co-operative i was not at all satisfied by the services provided by them . moreover this bludy, even miss guided me . not its about to be an year and my warranty period is about to over... please help me out regarding this problem .im really fed up of this fucking product im a student doing masters in computers, this is creating a great problem in my studies please... help me
