I have applied for HSBC Credit Card. The authority sent me credit card (Card No- 4476929990524552, Valid from - 02/08, Valid upto - 02/11) on my address with payorder (RS. 4000). After one month I received bill (Rs. 300) on my mobile not by address.
I immediate contact to customer care and one of executive suggested me to submit your payorder to nearest HSBC branch then waived off your amount without any problem. I went to HSBC bank, sec-18, noida branch and submit payorder and received receipt for my safe. Same day I have contact to customer care and one of executive told me that this case now handled by recovery agency. I told him if you waived my amount then fine, otherwise I haven’t paid any amount. I haven't swipe my credit card anywhere because authority blocked my card, without any prior information.
After one year (in the month of March) recovery agency phoned (911145541776/78) me to pay above Rs. 4000, otherwise you have faced problems. I told him to do as they wish. Again he phoned me to pay Rs. 165 and assured me about final settlement letter within one month. I paid him this amount on 07-04-09 (receipt no- 0649473) AA 0012990 but till today I didn't get any letter, again he phoned me that your amount is very high, so pay Rs. 1070 and then assured about final settlement letter. They have made tendency to harassing every month.
