Complain reg non delivery

Dear Sir

this is with reference with my house address E-798 Dabua colony Gali no-8 Air force road NIT Faridabad

i am residing here from last 25 years and till aug we didnt face any kind of letter or parcel returned back to origin but from last year old post man got changed (retire) due to this new post man says that he is confused in address marked in this area so he told us to use anothere no say old no. i.e. E148 (old no) in place of E-798 this also postman is not delivering to us this i have checked by my self i have droped an letter to my home address mentioning old and new house no. but any one i didnt received and many letters which i should receive from my college that also getting misplaced.

i went to Nelam post office many time and postman allways says no not anything is here for your address pending.

from last one year we are not getting any letter coming to our home (they all either undeliverd returning back or misplaced. )

so please do needful in this regard
