Wheel chair not delivered -booked through train

This is very tormenting and agonising that the wheel - chair parcel, which was booked and sent on Sabarmati express (train no.-9167) from Vadodara rly station (BRC) to Orai railway station on 19/05/08 ; is not receieved till now? It is urgently required!!

The parcel was booked on passenger ticket (PNR no. 832-0910683, ticket no.-77358841) (luggage ticket no.-C 766962) it was P.V.C. packed at Vadodara station and sent thro' booking. At destination station, Orai, parcel clerk was absent and even with interaction with station master nothing can be done and parcel went with d train... now there is no information about that parcel at Kanpur/Lucknow rly stations... many times enquired at Orai rly station... but no help ...??

Wheel - chair is urgently required to my daughter...

pl. help me to get it??
