Delay in issue or arears and revised pension

I JC-664013W Nb Sub Clk GD (SD) (Retd) JOHNSON GEORGE have been retired from service on 31.05.2008. My PPO No is S/025873. Neither I received any corigendum PPO for arrears of revised commutation, and other allce nor I received the second 60 % pay arrears.
