Sir, I am a Railway Pensioner retired from service as Chief controller / Headquarters/ COM's Office, Railnilayam, Secunderabad on 31/05 vide PPO No. 59011104052 issued by FA&CAO/South Central Railway / Secunderbad, and I am drawing pension from SBI/Guntakal Branch (Code : 000957), the paying Branch SB A/c No. 11107112272, Link Branch being Main Branch, Anantapur Town, Andhra Pradesh (PIN 515001). My basic Pension is revised to Rs 1- (pre-revised Rs 7529/-) w.e.f. 01/06 due to implementation of 6th. CPC and a revised PPO letter No. APN/1/2/6538 dated 21/03 is issued on 23/03 by FA&CAO/S.C.Railway, Secunderabad; detailing my Basic Pension, Residual Pension, etc. and authorizing the Bank Authorities to calculate my monthly pension due to above revision and arrears be paid. My Basic Pension is revised only w.e.f. March and arrears amount of Rs 3840/- is paid in June. I have appealed to the Link Branch as well as Paying Branch to revise my accordingly and requested to pay arrears calculating Basic Pension, Residual Pension and Dearness Relief as detailed in the revision letter No. APN/1/2/6538 dated 21/03 vide my letters No. nil dated 10/07 and 19/09. But still the amount of arrears due to revision of Basic Pension w.e.f.01/06 and arrears of DR percentage as revised from time to time is not paid to me. They are still calculating DR% at 16 only though it was revised to 22% and 27% w.e.f.01/01 and 01/07 respectively. I request you, sir, to please advise your Bank Authorities to calculate my pension arrears and credit the same to my account. - Samala Rajasekha
