i m book new connection in november then i m recived new connection but my gas agency distributor foreced me for all materials (example: chullha, lighter etc. ) amount of 4000/-

and i m required dbc on this connection but distributor denay,

please suggest me this is right way for purchase for new connection.

if i m compalints that's possible distributor teased me.
