Non deliver of unit & no commitment

My Registration No.624481 (Shalaka Santosh More) with your distributer Doshi Brother, Wadala. I have single cylinder unit on the same registration No. Regret to inform you that above distributer have committed to deliver the unit second day but since last 6 days i have not received the unit. I personally been to there office on Monday dt.1.9.08 they have informed me that it will delivered on Tuesday 2.9.2008. I wish to inform you that every month i have rush there office 3 to 4 times or follow up on telephone for delivery. Would request you to kindly look into the matte
