Dear sir

i sincerely feel there is a wrong entry of meter reading, resulting in an unbelivable electricity bill for the past three payments on 23/2/09, 28/4/09, 29/6/09.the meter reading now is 06178, in that case how can the reading be recorded as 30230 (recorded by your staff on 29/6/09.i sincerely feel iam paying a very high amount as electricity charges.i kindly request you to verify this mistake immediately and rectify the mistale
