No clearity of voice and connectivity in market area of akola

I am using vodafone no 9823137747. till may the connectivity and voice of the mobile connection was good. Recently the voice clearity and connectivity is worst. I am complaint in the vodafone office but the responce is not good. please do the needful immediately
