Respected Sir,
As Iam consumer of Corporation Bank, having an saving bank account since 1994, recently in this current year on 13/05, I just used my debit card in IDBI banks ATM & used mobile recharge option for my Idea mobile number:-9767742079 with the amount Rs 345/-, at that time after few seconds on the screen erorr message displayed that "Transaction decline, this service is temporarily not available". So after that I checked my balance it was ok by that time. But suddenly next day on 14/05 amount of Rs 345/- was deducted from my account that I have not respond. So Immediately with written complain & personally too I contact my home branch, they assured me that they will soon look upon this, but till now I have received none of te favourable response.
Till now I had tried all my best whatever I can do, by mailing each & every department of the bank, but here also I had not received any kind of reply.
So therefore I please personaly request you to kindly look forward against this matter, & help me to get my amount back to my account, & also request you to if it is possible to get any kind of compansation from the bank for getting mentally disturb & wasting most of the time from May09 to Nov09.As a single Rupee is too precious to me.
