I purchased two connections on 01st june from the airtel dealer and was informed that the connection will active by monday evening but it did not happned as informed, one connection was activated and that was today morning but when called 121 for the other connection the agent did not had answer for my query, and asked to borrow phone from a friend who has airtel connection just to get in touch with the right department, when asked for the supervisor (mr. kiran powar) refused to come on the line...

now i am of two mind, cause the browser in which i got the sim card was a mentioned thats is a gold card connection and i can expect excellent service... if this is wat i m gonna get after been promised, then i shouldn't be with airtel... and i will make a point to share this service with my friends as well...
