Sorry for bring this to your notice but your organisation works in a rather unprofessional manner.
On 26th i booked an imprtant document under your consignment note no 6123475293 for IBS Pune in Aundh providing a 5-6 line of the address and two contact numbers
I tracked the same on yr site yesterday and noticed it was out for delivery at 9.30 am.
Today when i tracked, the report said . incomplete address and not traced, will try again.
I called up your Pune office and they said the same.
I called up your Mumbai office and they had no clue.
Later i was told that the delivery boy one Ritesh had left it behind and not delivered.
i called Ritesh (this was Aramex job not mine) 9881440803 at Pune and he cooly replied that this was delivered when it was not.
The consignee Mr KL Shanker has still not received it.
Your organisation being a reputed courier company has failed miserably
First no one has a clue to whats happening
The client is doing the job what your people are suppose to do
The update is based on lies... how come you cannot identify locate IBS Pune in Aundh with a 6 line address and two contacts ..if your guys cannot do this, you ought to quit the business of courier ..
Its time you take notice of thses deficiences but FirsT and Foremost get the document Delivered and respnd to me on 9821094825
