Major issues in the upgradation work

Hello,

I am Ashok Singh Bisht, my present Address is Block-21, House No-950, Baba Kharak Singh Marg,

Recently the govt passed an order to upgrade the flooring of a quarter to tiles. Tiles have been placed, however, the water line has been disconnected, we talked with the labours to get it fixed, the labours asked for BEER BOTTLES in return, we escalated it to the contracter that so and so happened and labours are asking for the same, he, rather than taking action... was trying to defend them.

It is been over a month since the upgradation has been done, however, the contractor has not told the labour to fix the wash basin and the water line.

I would request you to please take disciplinary action against them.
