May I bring to your kind notice that I have taken a health card through credit card no.5176538506474002 at ICICI Lombard GIC Ltd 24 For Rs. 6370 on 22, 04.08 has been converted to an EMI transaction and EMI date 22th day of each month. When I go to bank and deposit hard cash at Bank receipt window after some month one notice pest at bank window if you deposit hard cash RS. 100 charge as punishment when I deposit by cheque at your bank one cheque month of Dec. deposit at your bank box on dated 11 Dec. but your bank sent a letter to my address without No. and date and asking me despoit to RS. 1, 111.79 in favour of ICIC Bank. But I deposit each EMI on before due date and month of Dec.'s cheque of RS. 300/- deposit at you Bank cheque box collection, but bank charge me late payment of RS. 400/- why. Your bank never inform you that your cheque has been bounced and never return my cheque why, while bank charge Rs. 400.00 as late fee. On what basis bank charge me Rs. 400.00 late fee. While EMI Rs. 294.00 and late fee RS. 400 why. How many interest charge on late fee or lumsum Rs. charge late fee. Sir, I am very nervous and depressed you bank activity. bank never inform me while back side of the cheque Moble no. written 9451545406 never inform me why.
Sir, so, I am decided request you Please withdraw you credit card and health policy with immediate effect and we never interested to continue business with your bank regarding credit card and health Policy
