Statement not receiving

This is deepak from pune i have a credit card since last 6 months but yet i m not receiving any statement from ur side & every month i m calling again & again on ur customer care no.022-25261201 but there is no response & ur collection center every time calling me in a day 3 times ur payment is due & i told them every time without any statement i m not able to pay any amount & any interest those u r charging me... i think u don't know the importance of customer... very bad service... deepak sitlani 91-9960691653
