Non receipt of PIN numbe

I have recd. the renewal credit card abt. a month back, but so far I have not recd. the PIN. In this regard, I have telephone six times to Hyderabad CCD. It was informed that the same was posted on 12th November. When I informed that I have not recd. it till date (1.12.'08), they were not in a position to help me and I am still getting the same reply that it was posted on 12th itself. I was also given a contact No. (040-2475 8466), in which nobody answered even after four times though it was ringing. Now, though I have a credit card, I am not able to use the same and I am paying 'credit card fees' on this card. I would therefore request you to send it immediately. I hope at least this mail will evoke some response from your end.
