Earlier i have requested through telephonic talk for duplicate statments for the month of Sept-Oct and Nov-07 and Sept-06 on 31/01/08at 11.17 p.m. and your tele executive has promised me that he will send these statements through email but i have not received the same and i could not tally your a/c with my books. i am required to audit my books so i humbly request you to resolve the same at the earliest.
