I have received your Letter No.008-870-231/CRD/ORD/VP, dt.16.12.2008.
Your record shows that I have Two Cards with me and i am using only One Card
No.5546197689149007 and there is balance to be paid and the due date is 06.01.2009 and i will pay
the same but your letter shows that there is balance on Card No.5546198075283004 also but i am not
using this Card since long time that you can verify in your records and i have some deposit is there in
my account.
Hence i request you to look in to the matter and settle my account and refund my balance amount in
this account.
