Stop unpermitted Payment

Dear Sir,

I have been using your Credit Card since 3 year but i had problem then statment came, and came to know that your bank paying to the Reliance mobiles bills and health Insurance had been done it self, I did't know that what this metter all about?

So Plz give me solution of this problem, how can i stop it?
