Dear Sir. Madam,
I am using the SCB Gold card for few years. However for last 1 year I am facing various difficulties due to bad response and service on the bank's part.
1) I have accumulated reward pints against my purchases as per the card schemes. However even after passage of about 6 months I was not given the gtft voucher against the points, which I have requested to their help line number. Also I send message to their emergency number and their senior officer talked to me and said that same will be send within 7 days and now it is about 2 months passed. I do not what is their problem? Now I amfed up and not calling any further. I request that the bank should send me thje gift voucher due to me.
2) Also had to call many time to them regarding their cancellation of the gold card and issuing a upgraded card which was not delivered to me for about 4 to 5 months. Everytime their executives have lied to me that no body was their in my home and the card was returned.
3) I had to suffer due to their wrong billing a full amount in place of interest free EMI option as per the advertisemen and the merchandise.
Hope the bank will see reason to sort out.
