Un proper accouting and delay in sending statements

Dear sir,

I have a credit card of your company baring No. 5415382402181705. through this card we have not made any purchases during the last three months. we have made payment upto date on 25-Jan.. But sms to my mobile number says that I am due of Rs. 6604.85.that to due date is 5th March. your message say that the statement has been sent and it will reach me with in 7 days. how could you send a message a day after the due date that the state ment will reach me with in 7 days?

Please verify in your records that on this credit card and add on card I have not made any purchases. so I should not fall due to your company.

I sincerely demand you to re correct my accout. and please let me know the process of cancelling the credit card at the earliest.
