About blocked my card

Dear Sir

Am your Card Holder

Am very much fade up with your services becoz after regular payment how you blocked my card my credit limet Rs. 10 K and today my outstanding Rs. 3500/- (according to your customer care executive) so that still I have 6500/- credit limit but you guys blocked my card. This is your service after talk to swati & Navetej your customer executive & Floor supervisor they told me its not possible to unblocked your card

If this is your service so sham on you guys I complaint your to RBI becoz when you blocked my card no information received with your side and also I tell Times of India regarding your services or about your executive they are very bad behavior guys
